I don’t know about you, but quarantine has not been good for my waistline. I have gained more wight than I would like to mention. I decided that it is time to do something about it. I am tired of feeling tired, tired of seeing my chins double on Zoom and getting my mail being the only exercise I get in a day. I joined Weight Watchers and the weight is starting to come off.
I am about 3 weeks into the program and I can honestly say that my energy level has increased and I am getting more exercise than I have in a long time. At the start of Covid I was running 5 miles a day. I miss the endorphin rush after a run. I miss my clothes actually fitting and I want my self esteem back.
So far I am hopeful that Weight Watchers will get me to the wieight I desire. I have taken the first step and I am on my way. I am eating a well balanced diet and feeling better. Take that Covid 15!
